    New staff should get enough time to learn and trained and when their is requirement of manning it should fulfill immediately otherwise it put extra burden on old staff to get the work in better manner

    Pros

    Good environment
    2 time meals provided
    Fun environment maintained almost twice a month
    Cab provided

    Cons

    They hire on contract basis at start... keep extending contract, so salary is low due to no increment or perks
    They don't make permanent before one and a half year, may take 2 years

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please get contractors on IHG Payroll atleast after 6 months to 1 year service.... It gets hell frustrating working as contractor

    Its Values, if you live them in your personal life as well you get to lid a very good lifestyle. Great Employee Centric Organisation. Awesome Management. And I love my team. The new challenges that i face, i get to learn everyday something new at work...these the just few of the reasons which brings me to office everyday with an emotional smile not an artificial one,

    For me as i not being from accounts background growth opportunities in this organisation is limited from me, however if you talk about the organisation as a whole, its growing and hence i am growing with it.
