    Its a warm place where everyone is willing to be everyone's friend. Hospitality instills that in the employees. Not for the quiet, loner sorts. Strong on culture and values in making people happy, offering great hotels guests love.

    Cons

    Company might be a little behind in terms of processes and technology. Progression and movements also come about more if you are in management sights more.

    -Working with Miles, the Hotel Dog
    -Awesome Front Desk Manager and GM
    -Overall good people to work with
    -Columbus is a nice place to work, especially downtown
    -Hotel Indigo itself is a creative idea, very unique

    -Hotel hours can be tiring
    -Not the best pay at entry-level, but that's hotel industry in general

    quality is the focus of intercontinental hotel group and of course training is the also the focus of the company , i have enjoyed working for this hotel group and would like to work foe them again

    intercontinental hotel group is the place to work at however i would like them to give more efforts on hiring techniques and quality of team members they have at rank and file levels

    Great culture. Excellent policies and process. Well defined systems. Work life balance is great in this organisation. There is a great growth ladder.
