I have been working at InterFysio full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Knowledgeable and experienced in immigration matters -- to those eligible, will process GC the best way possible
Fulfilled terms of contract -- CEUs allowances, Initial Housing Assistance, Paid Leaves
Good communication throughout -- management easy to reach
Supportive -- will hear out and work with staff PTs with regards to ideal (or less ideal) placements

    Cons

Homecare Cases -- not really a 'con', but travelling around NYC with facility assignments to add may be good for the adventurous, may be tiring to some

Pediatrics -- not my forte, but somehow now in my 'tools' due to placement. If you're willing to learn, would be a 'pro', but for the 'seasoned', read pro # 4. The market demands in NYC will definitely get you working in this specialty (amidst choice)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider expanding to acute care, hospital placements.

I have been working at InterFysio full-time

    Pros

Varied clinical settings are available and concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

    Cons

Not much to mention, overall I have had a positive experience with the company. Travel time does add up but that's part of the company/agency setup.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue the good work

    Good company

I have been working at InterFysio full-time

    Pros

They file H1B visa on time and all paperwork is handled well. I have been placed in good assignments (client sites) and mostly they were stable.

    Cons

Pay is stagnant for a long period of time. Commute is long to certain client locations and it would not be counted in work hours. Company policies change in their favor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider taking care of and listening to employees.

They will strive to make sure you become perfect.

    Cons

Traveling is time consuming in whole NYC. No company is responsible for it.

    Pros

When you've got everything you need to file for Green Card, Interfysio is dependable and reliable when it comes to filing assistance.

    Cons

Interfysio may bring/assign you to a facility that is outside the city.

I have been working at InterFysio full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Interfysio is helmed by two very knowledgeable, friendly and professional people. They were able to help guide me through the immigration process and have placed me at facilities where I've been allowed to grow and be challenged as a professional.

    Cons

If they can't get you a steady placement, you may have to commute to various facilities. Some people like that, I happen not to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just listen to, and acknowledge, your employees. Some of the problems they face can be solved in the simplest ways. Other times, they can't, but people want to know that they matter.

I have been working at InterFysio

    Pros

Files your VISA (well most of the agencies do... they are not doing anything special)

    Cons

Treats employees very poorly. No raise in salary (believe me working with them for 4 years), if they can't find 40 hours assignment for you they threat you to reduce your salary, no timely filing of green card, very inappropriate and insulting language while communicating with the employees, make you run everywhere to complete your 40 hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should understand the simple fact that employee satisfaction is very important for running a successful company, please be little respectful to your employees.
