    Pros

Great people. Hard working, but like to have fun. Very focused on what they do well as they are the best system integrators in the country and constantly invest in there engineering resources. Have a great relationship with the vendor's they represent as their reputation is impeccable.

    Cons

Very competitive within the sales team.

Great workers, bad leadership and technical management

    Pros

    * Great Techies!! The BEST you will find anywhere, really. * Not alot of structure * Everyone is encouraged to do their best and be entrepreneurial

    Cons

    * Bitter micromanagement from above that is unable to properly harness technical talent * No respect for sales guys with an entrepreneurial spirit * unable to take on large projects without major hiccups due to lack of technical project management and a high level * Beware the bully in technical leadership

    Advice to Management

You are getting bigger, try to keep it small and nimble, cut the fat you have hired recently as its dragging you down.
