    Pros

    True product company and not a typical body shopping operation like most companies in India
    Product very good with lot of advanced functionality
    Lot of international clients
    Office abroad
    Very friendly culture with helpful peers

    Cons

    HR policies not too friendly
    Managers not always considerate

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Due to some bad employees I noticed that some policies were made very strict. This sometimes becomes unfair to good employees. Maybe there is a better way

    Pros

    if you are from a co where you dont get paid for many months at time then this could be like best job as you will get paid on time 80 percent of time. with 2 - 3 month delay

    Cons

    Employees are always talking of leaving and looking for better job. The technical team are having with no knowledge in product development, software engineering and software life cycle. You will not learn anything new. it is like working in a college group project.

    Employees working even after competing bond because they are not able to find better job as their skill developed is not meeting market expectation. It is not a place to make a career. Advising to new joinees to leave as soon as bond is over.

    The financial position of company is very poor. Do not fall in the HR trap ..they will tell all lies about future and growth of company. It will be a big time waste to be working here. It will be better to work at place where pay is less but growth is more. The products is very unstable that even the customer is very unhappy as every day issues are coming.

    The support job is very very bad dont join support in this company.This company will not grow. Dont make mistake of joining this co even if HR will tell u about companys big plan in the HR round. Dont believe company web site and HR.

    Pros

    This is a good workplace and people around you are good, except a few. You get to learn a lot in terms of technology. Since the strength of the organization is small you are expected to be your own manager. There are a few people who will try to play politics. But you will also find a lot of friends here. The remuneration for the work you are doing is pretty good and as per the industry standards and you also get recognized for good work that you have done.

    Cons

    Workplace politics is evident once you have worked in this company for some time and the HR is not at all up to the mark. The HR should tune their policies to better help the employees. The workplace is good but its not very employee friendly. Even if you have worked long hours on a certain work in the past and one day you are sitting idle for sometime when you are not having work at that particular time you are still expected to work, meaning, you will be eyed suspiciously if you are sitting idle.

    Please improve the HR policies and be a little more open minded.

    Pros

    New website is better than old. Registered in usa as interactcrm inc but only for show as one ceo living there full time.Friendly and helping coworkers

    Cons

    It is worse company to work with
    The management and HR is very chindi
    It is better to work for start up company with less pay as chance of progress is much high
    It is not a career making company. Only freshers are being hired as the fresher has to sign 18 moth bond and made to help few developers. A lot of the fresher then leave at end of bond and few also pay and leave before bond finishes.
    The management are always proudly mentioning of conducting walkin interviews in large bulk of 300 and more candidate for 1 to 2 position. Candidates must grade theirself before going for interview. If out of 10 the candidate grade theirself as at least 7 then they are advised NOT to be giving interview for any position at interactcrm.
    No engineer with at least 2 yrs job experience will join this company as an engineer.
    The management always talking big but no action is never seen. There business style is similar to banya shops business style and there employees are like the workers at that shop.

    Get work experience
    Learn about contact center and voice technology
    Improve a littile programing and database skill
    Good and friendly colleges .

    Cons

    HR are most interested in monitoring and counting time and less in managing,
    They are sometimes calling on employee desk after watching cctv to tell employee that they are talking for 10 minutes. Even if your manager is there
    Not flexible. Will cut from pay if late even by 1 min on 3 days of month.
    Most fresher after joining talk about leaving after end of contract.
    No career advantage

    When you work here you wil get motivation to get a better job. You will also be able to understand how not to do things.

    Cons

    Not profesional, By joining you will make it hard for your ownself to get better job as training is not propper. No new technology is used. seniors also not having industry experience outside the comnany

    employee empowerment took a back seat due to some policies/practices which made most people feel dissatisfied. though sometimes a business might be compelled to advocate such practices, a careful balance is essential for sustainable business growth.

    investing in empowering people might not be such a bad idea; given that the company operates within a niche domain, employee longevity can potentially support higher revenue generation and stability, while reducing attrition and the adverse impact it tends to cause to the business in the short term.

    Pros

    ICRM has great work culture with everybody having new set challenges everyday. It has a great learning curve.

    It had supportive colleagues those whose are ready to help you at any instant of time. The Senior staff were highly motivating, understanding and supportive.

    I felt HR policies to be employee intended. They understood their employee those who had genuine reasons. They always got back with your queries solved (most of the times "IN YOUR FAVOR")

    It offered hand-on-experience. So you had to learn new stuff everyday and give your best for completing the task. This helped me to pump out the capabilities that I never knew of.

    You would get appreciated for your great contribution.

    They have good raises for those who delivered their best.

    The biggest thing was you suggestions mattered and were counted in-spite of you being a fresher or a naive to that domain.

    Cons

    1. No flexible timings.
    2. No play and enjoyment after office like trekking or picnics.

    Could start some programs that would force the team to think out of the box and innovate rather than using same standard ways

    (1) Management and senior employees are very much supportive. (2) One of the best pay package in industry if you are deserving one. (3) 5 days week with 8.5 hours/day. (4) Freedom to express your views with seniors and management. (5)Co operative support staff

    (1) Infrastructure needs to be improved (2) An absence of technically strong leader on a very senior position. (3) Flexible work timings.
