    Has opportunity to do some good work

    Pros- Lot of new developments going on at present
    - Good technology platforms to work on
    - Can stay close to line of business and may get to work on quant development
    - Flexible work hour

    Cons- Sometimes frustrating because of internal politics
    - Some bad apples in middle management is harming the growth
    - Should be rewarding more bonus to award and encourage performance

    Technical Specialist (Former Employee) Bedford, MA

    ProsIn the four years I spent there, was allowed to attend two off-site training classes, provided their was no travel or hotel expenses involved.

    ConsManagement is not technology literate. Continue supporting 20+ year old mainframe applications, no plans for refactoring. Paranoid culture.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTime to move out the incompetent management and replace with a younger skilled set.
