Current Employee – been working at Interactive Health

Pros – Its a great opportunity to get out and see the country while making a full months pay in two weeks.

Cons – Away from home quite often. Wouldnt recommend it if you have a family (unless you are running away from them)

Advice to Senior Management – The management team is very friendly, though they all seem to have hired friends on the corporate level. no real room for in company progression

Former Employee – worked at Interactive Health full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – HR management is awesome and most of the employees are friendly. They often have company meeting outside of the office or in other locations completely. The job is easy and MOST people are very helpful if you have a problem or question.

Cons – Management is horrible and very clicky. They got rid of good people because they weren't "cool". If you work in customer service you are treated like crap, but at least its behind your back and not to your face.

Advice to Senior Management – Quit so that HT can thrive
