Pros
Well it's laid back atmosphere is really the most positive thing.
Cons
Your professional goals are out as soon as you step in through the doors to work in this company. Being prompted is something that you will never see during your career here. Also compared to the number of hours you are asked to work the pay comes out to be less than the minimum wage.
Advice to Senior Management
If you need the cream of workforce to stay at this company, you need to recognize their great work.
