Current Employee – been working at Interface Engineering full-time for more than a year
Pros – Interface works on many exciting and progressive projects all over the world. Recently having added two new offices (Hawaii and Washington DC), prospects are looking extremely bright for IEI.
Cons – There is some inter-office struggling that I dont think a lot of people know about. But office are competing for the same jobs due to office size and close proximity.
Advice to Senior Management – none

Current Employee – been working at Interface Engineering full-time for more than a year
Pros – Interface is a great place to get experience working on some very technical projects. Interface does a good job of providing a great work place and everyone is great to work with.
Cons – The work loads at Interface are not always realistic and i believe that the Principles and upper management should be planning out schedules and workloads for their people.
Advice to Senior Management – Come out of your offices and talk to your people more. A lot of issues, both in design and managerial, would be solved if you do this.
