“It is a good company to start and learn.”
I worked at Intermarine
Pros – It is good for quick learning to move on to other companies.
Cons – Company does not develop younger employees for advancement. Young employees are seen as commoditiies.
Advice to Senior Management – To develop more training for management oreparation and have more comparable compensation.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
