Pros
Fun, fast-paced working environment. Friendly staff.
Cons
Great environment except that language could be out of control at times.

Pros
Like all agencies, there is a certain glamor to working at ICM. It garners respect from other guests at parties and the waitstaff at certain restaurants.
Cons
Very long hours. Very rude people. It also imbues you with a certain... SADNESS when it comes to artistic endeavor. I mean there are all these writers and actors, and many of them are quit GOOD but none of them are going to get anywhere. Kind of sad.
Advice to Senior Management
I think ICM needs an entirely new business model. Jeff Berg is obviously very bored by the business.
Pros
I started in the mailroom in the agent trarining program before I was promoted to work underneath an agent. Starting out at a reputable talent agency like ICM is still the main and best way to break into Hollywood. After a few years working at ICM one could easily go onto work for studios or producers or managers.
Cons
The salary was horrible, but all agencies pay horrible salaries. The upper management treat agent-trainees with indifference; we are fungible in their eyes.
Advice to Senior Management
Care more about the agent-trainees, they are after all your alleged future leaders of the company.
