    Pros

IP is a very customer focused Company. It is dynamic and interested in improving employee training and education. IP is very well organized and has an excellent Management team at all levels.

    Cons

Being a very large Company, IP can be bureaucratic at times. The key is to be an independent thinker working within the necessitated boundaries that large Corporations often have.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to offer educational and training opportunities for all employees. Please promote problem solving skills on the CSR and lower Management levels.

    Pros

Company is very family oriented and cares about your health and your need to be with your family if you need to be.

    Cons

    Managers need some further training

    Advice to Management

Some of the managers need "manager training" not experienced enough to handle conflicts and scions making.

    Pros

It's better than working in a grocery store.

    Cons

Management is arrogant and not trustworthy. Some managers are having affairs with other salary in their office. Everyone knows and nothing is done. Have to sleep with someone to get a promotion.

    Advice to Management

Get management that doesn't lie to the workforce. Ip is worse than temple was ever.

    Pros

You can get all the overtime you can stand. Even if you don't want it. They have recently started doing a company outing.

    Cons

The management is terrible. They do not respect or appreciate employees. They leave people on 12 hour shifts for months and sometimes a year on end most of the time 6 days a week. You have no time for a family or a life.

    Advice to Management

Learn to take care of your employees. People need time for their family and a life to stay happy and have a higher moral.
