I have been working at International Specialty Products
Pros – Good place to learn about the industry through various projects. Great people to work with.
Cons – Little room for career growth. Training program is lacking (sink or swim)
Advice to Senior Management – Implement a better training program for new engineers and interns and great more opportunities for young engineers to grow within the company

I have been working at International Specialty Products
Pros – good pay, camraderie amongst the defeated
Cons – miserable colleagues, downtrodden, in fear for their jobs daily
Advice to Senior Management – Take a tack and go with it for more than 6 months before changing to something different. George orwell (1984) could completely change what the truth was at any time, but in real life you cannot and continue to have credibility.
