Pros
Good place to learn about the industry through various projects. Great people to work with.
Cons
Little room for career growth. Training program is lacking (sink or swim)
Advice to Senior Management
Implement a better training program for new engineers and interns and great more opportunities for young engineers to grow within the company

good pay, camraderie amongst the defeated
Cons
miserable colleagues, downtrodden, in fear for their jobs daily
Advice to Senior Management
Take a tack and go with it for more than 6 months before changing to something different. George orwell (1984) could completely change what the truth was at any time, but in real life you cannot and continue to have credibility.
