Great team! Fun environment to work in. Great place to learn.

    Cons

I have been working at Internet Brands full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Easily accessible physical office location

    Cons

your hard work is very unlikely to be acknowledged, your yearly review and raise will take 4+ months to be approved, you will be asked to multitask tasks that should be divided among multiple positions/employees, you will not be well paid, you will last 2 years at most

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

An open forum to bring forth systemic issues, no longer requiring that the CEO sign off on every raise, new hire, and decision

    Pros

The people are very cool and its a relaxed dress code. The job is really what you make of it. So, if you want it to be great it will be and that's my approach. Its 3 miles from the beach and two blocks from the airport. So, its in a really good location. There's also a discount program to buy a car.

    Cons

    I don't know yet. I can't complain.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

The location is convenient and pleasant.

    Cons

Everything else -- short sighted penny-pinching management with zero corporate culture. Developers toil on useless code in legacy systems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Leave.
