    Pros

My experience with Internews is from the business admin side. It is a very well-run nonprofit organization that has grown considerably in the last decade and continues to evolve and expand in exciting ways! As an employee, you will work with people all over the map working on all kinds of interesting projects. Everyone in the organization I have worked with so far has been friendly, professional, and effective at what they do.

    Cons

Because it is a nonprofit, many jobs with Internews are highly funding-dependent, which is not ideal if you are looking for job security. It is also worth keeping in mind that it can be a demanding and fast-paced work environment, which is energizing for some people but might be draining for others.

    Advice to Management

Most of the employees I have met at Internews tend to be workaholics. One suggestion might be to think about how to foster better work-life balance for employees.
