  1.

A fantastic education on experiencing a small company dynamic

    I worked at Interpolls

    Pros

Easy access to employees on all levels and departments. Heavily involved in decision-making beyond my department.

    Cons

Personality conflicts stifled the company's advancement potential and innovation. Salaries were generally much lower than what the marketplace was offering.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go for another round of financing in order to pay employees what they are worth and sell the company within 18 months

  2.

I worked at Interpolls full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Smart, resourceful employees able to go beyond the job description to keep things together and make improvements. Ample opportunity for growth. Used to be a fun and positive environment.

    Cons

Executive level change has unraveled years of good work, driven away significant number of employees across departments (including industry veterans), and created a very dour mood in the office. Promises of workplace and benefit improvement never delivered upon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find someone competent to run the company and put investors on the board of directors who would actually like to see a return on their investment.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
