Pros
Good working environment - no politics.
Flexible hours.
Great working relationships - a team.
An opportunity to learn and grow - new technology & etc.
Great management - patient, understanding, want to stretch you and build you up.
Helping people/customers - an opportunity to serve.
Cons
Start with two weeks Holidays
Advice to Senior Management
I've worked in the big companies and I would put Interprise Software ahead of them all.
