Pros
Good benefit, pay, atmosphere, worker, hours
Cons
poor management, unfair job distribution, not enought training, don't move you in different area is job no longer exist, use economy to get rid of innocent staff.
Advice to Senior Management
Train Managers to tread staff fairly.
