    Pros

Every single one of my co-workers were absolutely wonderful. I looked forward to going to work every day!

    Cons

Unfortunately, in order to get promoted, in some instances, you had to wait until someone left out of that position.

    Advice to Management

Have more team building events with your departments. Don't be afraid to ask for feedback, this has helped a few departments progress in a positive direction.

    Pros

A great place to work to develop customer service skills in a call center environment.

    Cons

The company is closing in December 2014.

    Advice to Management

I was able to advance from an agent to a CP2, to a supervisor.

    Pros

You will be challenged to code for 100% accuracy, security and maximum efficiency/throughput. You will learn if you make an effort and not otherwise. You will learn a lot about PCI compliance and the credit industry.

    Cons

Needs product diversification. Too many variants of the same old thing with little branding changes.

Too many meetings, most are lengthy and could be held with fewer participants.

    Advice to Management

Think outside the box or have someone help brainstorm, been doing the same thing for 20 years, losing effectiveness fast.

    Pros

Pretty intense culture with not much on-the-job training. Need to learn on your feet and be able to juggle multiple priorities. Good exposure to different corporate clients.

    Cons

Takes a long time to get projects done. Doesn't seem to be a good corporate IT platform by which to service corporate clients. This leads to confusion and prioritization challenges.

    Advice to Management

Create stronger culture with a more formal recognition program.

    Pros

Intersections has a fast-paced, challenging environment full of great people. There is a lot of tenure there, and it is a great place to get quickly involved in projects.

    Cons

There were a lot of meetings at this company, and they do not provide a lot of training. If you don't learn quickly, this isn't a company for you.

    Advice to Management

Communicate better with lower-level staff to ensure they understand the direction of the company

  9. Good expeerience, reasonably fair company

    Pros

Managers who will work with people who are having trouble, many chances given to improve preformance. Patient with ever-changing situations.

    Cons

Too many things are done which make little sense and no one wants to change them, they don't want to hear from the "little guy". Weather policy needs a little review.

    Advice to Management

    Listen more to your employees.

    Pros

New technology for identity theft prevention.

    Cons

Constant change in directions makes it hard to focus on one project and take it to completion.

    Advice to Management

Scrap outdated back end technology and spend money to re-design from scratch.
