    Good experience.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Miami, FL

ProsTwo work from home days for employees in the IT department. Flexibility with requesting time off (this depends on the manager). Location. Covered parking (assigned for some but for a fee). Relaxed work environment in some departments (depends on the manager). Decent technology to communicate and conduct meetings remotely. A good number of vacation days, including one day for your birthday.

ConsPoor communication causes people to reinvent the wheel unnecessarily. Insufficient sharing of knowledge at times. Unprofessional behavior is tolerated in some departments to the point that it is disruptive to others. The majority of employees are very professional and knowledgeable but there are some who don't have a strong work ethic (this happens everywhere though).

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer tuition reimbursement and make the yearly pay increases more significant. Continue to put bright, dedicated individuals in leadership positions (there have been some very good promotions recently that are improving our processes and performance).

    Somewhat stable but unprofessional organization

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Kendall, FL

ProsHistorically has been relatively stable. Some travel perks but basically only to Orlando if you get lucky.

ConsVery cheap organization. Little to no employee benefits or employee morale events (eg no christmas parties). Annual raises are negligible at best and not competitive with market, if there even is an annual raise; this year management just IGNORED annual raises and communicated no reason as to why, while spending millions buying businesses... that's an incredibly unprofessional way to treat over-worked and under-paid employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementShow more respect for your employees and invest in them. Communicate much better.

    Wasn't bad, wasn't good.

Production Manager (Former Employee) Miami, FL

ProsStable company that has been around for a while. Travel perks, compensation is average, as are benefits.
Some areas of the company are more relaxed than others

ConsAll internal processes take too long to achieve end result. Too many employees with long tenures that aren't up to speed with newer outlooks on corporate cultures.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to even out the salaries and job advancement as well as take more interest in the people who work for you.

ProsVery flexible working hours in some departments.
    Some good ideas on incentives
    Some great staff
    Sufficient training programme
    Staff benefits are good

ConsLack of good practice on management style for handling staff concerns
    No or little career progression
    Unrealistic targets
Can be a stressful and repetitive work activity
Scheduled hours (overtime) are not initially explained properly in terms of hourly rate

    Great Experience

    Director (Former Employee) Miami, FL

ProsMy manager was always pushing our team to grow. He was always looking for the cutting edge technology to keep our skills up to date with the times.

ConsThere's a lot of cliques. Many people have worked there for a very long time...Some are not very open to people coming in from the outside.

Used to be a great company but gone downhill

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat Vacation and pretty good travel benefits

ConsNO room for advancement and management is SEVERELY inept.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed a definite restructure of management. They have been here for too long and act like high school kids. There are no policies and procedures just depends on the mood of the management that day on how they are going to deal with your issue. They're response is always no instead of finding a solution.

    Good company to work for

Senior Programmer Analyst (Former Employee) Miami, FL

ProsCompany systems are divided into specialized groups

ConsIT management is a little inexperienced as some have been there since the beginning of time, but overall good people.

Advice to Senior ManagementUnfortunately there are some employees that don't carry their weight. Fat trimming might be necessary.

    Better than being unemployed!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsSomewhat stable. Some departments have better management than others.

ConsRetro mentality. Lacks positive leadership. Morale is low. Call center employees are treated like inmates.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis company needs an entire reorganization. Small company mentality trying to operate as a corporation.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
