    Pros

Stable company that has been around for a while. Travel perks, compensation is average, as are benefits.
Some areas of the company are more relaxed than others

    Cons

All internal processes take too long to achieve end result. Too many employees with long tenures that aren't up to speed with newer outlooks on corporate cultures.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to even out the salaries and job advancement as well as take more interest in the people who work for you.

    Pros

Great Vacation and pretty good travel benefits

    Cons

NO room for advancement and management is SEVERELY inept.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need a definite restructure of management. They have been here for too long and act like high school kids. There are no policies and procedures just depends on the mood of the management that day on how they are going to deal with your issue. They're response is always no instead of finding a solution.

I have been working at Interval International full-time

    Pros

It's a quiet office and not too hectic. It's quite laid back so not too stressful.

    Cons

Sometimes it's too quiet and a lot of the working benefits aren't that competitive with other companies in London.
There's quite a low morale within certain departments and unnecessary politics. Lack of career development opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More positivity is needed

I worked at Interval International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The people are great to work with
Corporate involvement in community is ongoing and very supportive.
Can build pleasant working relationship with international employees which helps with your development.

    Cons

Alot of work in some departments so there seems that more personnel are needed to perform the work and this may highly impact employee turnover.
Everyone wants you to respond to their request, today, when you have to prioritize what must be done today.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compile and study exit interviews to determine reasons employees leave then rank and rate them in order to see what the corporation needs to do, if anything, to keep talented employees and reduce employee turnover.

    Pros

Overall a friendly environment, nice facilities and clean work environment, able request some of the resorts if you request them for vacation days.

    Cons

Call centers are very ridged work environments. All activity is easily monitored. Customers have very limited knowledge of the product they purchased. No breaks in between calls.

Increase the base salary to 14 dollars an hour and this would be an ideal job.

I have been working at Interval International full-time

    Pros

Commissions can be great if you have a decent hourly wage

    Cons

Hourly pay should increase based on sales revenue for the company. There should also be a better way to move up in the company.

I have been working at Interval International full-time

    Pros

Two work from home days for employees in the IT department. Flexibility with requesting time off (this depends on the manager). Location. Covered parking (assigned for some but for a fee). Relaxed work environment in some departments (depends on the manager). Decent technology to communicate and conduct meetings remotely. A good number of vacation days, including one day for your birthday.

    Cons

Poor communication causes people to reinvent the wheel unnecessarily. Insufficient sharing of knowledge at times. Unprofessional behavior is tolerated in some departments to the point that it is disruptive to others. The majority of employees are very professional and knowledgeable but there are some who don't have a strong work ethic (this happens everywhere though).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer tuition reimbursement and make the yearly pay increases more significant. Continue to put bright, dedicated individuals in leadership positions (there have been some very good promotions recently that are improving our processes and performance).

    Pros

My manager was always pushing our team to grow. He was always looking for the cutting edge technology to keep our skills up to date with the times.

    Cons

There's a lot of cliques. Many people have worked there for a very long time...Some are not very open to people coming in from the outside.

    Pros

Company systems are divided into specialized groups

    Cons

IT management is a little inexperienced as some have been there since the beginning of time, but overall good people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Unfortunately there are some employees that don't carry their weight. Fat trimming might be necessary.
