    Pros

    Low turnover, good family vibe. Management is approachable, youthful, and very intell u gent.

    Cons

    Slow to react to the market. Enters new opportunities too late becuase decision are made by the headquarters in Milan.

    A bit of red tape and the company in general felt a bit behind the times with procedures

    In Intesa Sanpaolo is very hard to have an economical growth. Sometimes projects are slowered by internal political issues

    Pros

    nice place to start your working career and to learn about different IT aspects. It is a safe place with benefits you don't find elsewhere in italy.

    Cons

    Career is hard; you basically need to know someone. And, it's Italy so salries are low.
