Pros – Bringing innovative solutions to solve knowledge worker problems while integrating new models (Agile methodology) to deliver customer value.
Cons – Realistic that we have tremendous amount of work ahead to continuously innovate and exceed the expectations of customers.
Advice to Senior Management – Remarkable job in forming a cohesive unit to layout a framework (Customers, Employees, and Shareholders) for bottom-up and top-down input that everyone can corral around team-shared responsibilities.

Pros – Solid products, a new seasoned management team, and an exciting market opportunity in enterprise collaboration make this a good place to be, with real prospects.
Cons – Lots of change and a lean organization may not be for everyone.
Advice to Senior Management – Make the big bets and trust your staff to do the rest.

Pros – Great knowledgeable people. Positive friendly attitude in a fast pace environment. Opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Cons – Non-traditional hours for most positions. Very fast paced environment. Less than competitive compensation.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue hiring knowledgeable educated personnel. Incorporate hands on training to the extensive classroom training.

Pros – The people, culture and clients are great and rise to some very innovative challenges. Fantastically positions to take advantage of a number of convergent opportunities in the market. Strong corporate structure, and deep domain support for clients.
Clients come first and the focal energy on success is unrivalled.
Cons – idiosyncrasies in some senior individuals weakened operations, I understand most of these have moved on. The energy and vibrancy in the environment allow you to work through these although you do get a bit of a rough ride.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on strengths and success will follow, promote from within.

Pros – Great opportunities ahead for this company. The software dev team has a smart & energized group of people. They are heading in the right direction. Didn't work out for me personally for some reasons, but I would recommend getting onboard.
Cons – There's a lot to do. Many opportunities means lots of projects. It's a good thing but it can be challenging.

Pros – Good pay, flexible work schedule, laid back management
Cons – Too much change. I have had four managers to report to in one year, with role change at least twice.
Advice to Senior Management – Stabilize your vision for the company's products. Try to prevent management from moving around so much.
