    Pros

Very flexible with work/life balance issues, if you need time off they will work with you if you have an issue come up. Also, they have flexible work hours, with core work hours so if you have children or other time restrictions, you can shift hours early or late as necessary.

    Cons

Not equitable in praise/blame. When a mistake is made, often times employee was blamed instead of the faulty systems. Some departments were always the blame, while others were never the problem.

    Advice to Management

Instead of blaming employees for problems or mistakes, offer guidance on how to improve the systems and ensure proper systems are in place so the same mistake doesn't happen.
