    Pros

One good reason to join Intuit is the educational reimbursement.

    Cons

Stay far away, find a company that you can grow with and does not reorganize every year. Intuit "superstar" execs are largely duds who give each other awards for courage and performance on the backs of their reports.

    Advice to Management

Honestly, most of you'all are so self absorbed that you don't even recognize the idiocy of adoring Brads hair, much less how you should actually care about employees. These folks don't take advice, they write books and give seminars of advice, they know it all...

    Pros

Great Benefits, steady schedule, and a lot of great people. PTO only grows, the longer you've been here and everyone beyond the direct customer interaction has a lot of passion.

    Cons

Leadership is rarely clear on what the overall plan for people in the lower level. It is very difficult to grow in the company and a lot of hard work is overlooked. Many of the lower end representatives put little to no effort into their work, which is very frustrating.

    Pros

The company is high tech. And working at the corporate office is good.

    Cons

Internal promotions are nonexistent. Company goes through year termination of employees right before bonus time. Training for employees not at corporate location is not allowed.

    Advice to Management

Explain how a division can be the best yet that division is then hit with massive. Employee layoffs?

    Pros

Great mixture of work and home time. Compensation and benefits among the best I have had with former employer's and quarterly bonuses.

    Cons

Sometimes I received feedback on the culture of working there as such as in difficulty and resistance to change with the times resulting in a poorly updated climate.
