    Pros

It's really about the people. In general, very smart and nice. People want to do the right thing and are collaborative.

    Cons

Sometimes too much process. Too much focus on "framing" before you can get something done.

    Pros

Intuit has the best benefits. It focuses on making your life better and healthier including great medical, great 401k match and exercise funds to use for things like classes. It doesn't pay for food but makes a healthy option very cost effective

    Cons

It has a definite style to the way it works and it is frustrating for some. However, some have been at Intuit for 15+ years. Find a way to work effectively and it is a super great place to work.

    Pros

Smart, motivated employees. Flexible work environment. Employee, customer, shareholder are equally balanced in priorities and decision-making.

    Cons

Inconsistent leadership. Some leaders are fantastic, but the weak ones aren't always recognized and dealt with. This is true throughout the organization, including very senior leaders. The leadership principles are sound, but they aren't enforced.

    Pros

Work from home. Fairly decent work environment.

    Cons

Depending on your job experience, they pay is not as high but you also do not incur the costs of working outside of home (i.e gas, food, clothes, time spent commuting.) Sometimes more actively listening needs to be heard at different levels of the organization.

    Pros

They make it easy to work from home. Plenty of support and help from manager and fellow workers. Overtime is usually available.

    Cons

The job is only seasonal January through April. Now I am collecting unemployment while looking for another job. I will probably return to Intuit next year for the season.

    Advice to Management

It would have been good if the hiring process was a little quicker. I had to turn down my former job before I was sure that you wanted me, but I'm glad I did.
