    Pros

Leadership, culture, talent, integrity, benefits, total rewards.

    Cons

No New York-area offices, not a place to work if you care about titles (I don't).

    Advice to Management

Continue to improve but don't change. Intuit is a special place that stands out from the crowd.

    Pros

Amazing Products and CEO. Pockets of brilliance. Customer Experience is really a Huge focus. You could not work with a more dedicated and focused CEO - He is approachable and very smart. Unfortunately he is all very busy and thinks those he depends on to be "right" at all levels.

    Cons

Politics-Inability to be transparent with coaching. Fearful of "legal Issues" as so many orgs are today.

    Advice to Management

Stop starting over. Don't be afraid to shuffle the resources and influence and teach. At minimum provide the opportunity opposed to the nicely wrapped 'Packages" -Leverage HR to partner- not to run the organization.

    Pros

    Amazing culture and leadership
Transforming products to the cloud, mobile, and online ecosystem
So many internal opportunities - over 25 locations, 5 major BU's, and 10+ acquisitions in the past year or so

    Cons

Resources and sophistication in core infrastructure systems (but, in progress and on the right path)

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Keep pushing to the middle of Conflict and Trust, and define the little j in Jerk. More data, analytics, and operational prowess.

    Pros

-Everyone seemed to trust each other to get the work done that they were supposed to get done - so it didn't matter if you needed to get in at 10am instead of 8 or 9, or if you had to leave at 4pm.
    - People who work at Intuit are really nice, good-hearted people
    - I thought the work was really interesting, and people are very keen to truly help small businesses

    Cons

    - There is not the same kind of 'fire' in people to get stuff done that you would expect to find at a tech company in the Valley. It is definitely an older company with an established way of doing things.

    Advice to Management

It's great company, with a great culture, but try to inspire and energize people.
