    Pros

    Amazing culture and leadership
Transforming products to the cloud, mobile, and online ecosystem
So many internal opportunities - over 25 locations, 5 major BU's, and 10+ acquisitions in the past year or so

    Cons

Resources and sophistication in core infrastructure systems (but, in progress and on the right path)

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Keep pushing to the middle of Conflict and Trust, and define the little j in Jerk. More data, analytics, and operational prowess.

    Pros

-Everyone seemed to trust each other to get the work done that they were supposed to get done - so it didn't matter if you needed to get in at 10am instead of 8 or 9, or if you had to leave at 4pm.
    - People who work at Intuit are really nice, good-hearted people
    - I thought the work was really interesting, and people are very keen to truly help small businesses

    Cons

    - There is not the same kind of 'fire' in people to get stuff done that you would expect to find at a tech company in the Valley. It is definitely an older company with an established way of doing things.

    Advice to Management

It's great company, with a great culture, but try to inspire and energize people.

    Pros

    - Good carrier growth
    - opportunities to work on newer technologies
    - Very good benefits, 401k contribution, bonuses
    - Casual working environment, free beer :)

    Cons

    - Gets hectic during Tax Season
    - Not a good work/life balance
    - Not very innovative unlike Google, facebook, twitters, Where technology and frameworks are designed and contributed to open source communities.
    - Engineers have little say in how the product is developed. Very top down approach.

    Advice to Management

Invest in more R&D and technology. Give engineer more room to innovate

    Pros

I am a seasonal employee and my employment will end in a couple weeks. I have had a great experience as a Tax Support Specialist. Great managers, great team members and I get to work from home! There is lots of support and I enjoy the phone calls, there's always a few you cannot satisfy. The benefits even as a seasonal are amzing 125% match up to 6%, spotlight gifts .. etc.

    Cons

The only con I can list would be that your bonus is based off of the NPS Net Promoter Score. The bar is set high, definitely not an average. You do not have control if cx was helped by multiple agents, so you can get a bad score easily. It makes it frustrating when you want to maximize your bonus.

    Advice to Management

The NPS needs to be revamped. There needs to be a better way to ensure the person who resolved the issue gets the survey, not someone who just transferred the call.

    Pros

emphasize on work life balance. Company offer great benefits and perks like gym incentive, life line assistance. Flexible hours and allow employee to work remotely

    Cons

Company is not good at talent management and retaining great people. Political war at the middle management level.

    Advice to Management

Some managers are not qualified to take on management role. They don't posses the skills or mindset. There is no forum for employees to tell the truth to the next level up. Company has great values, but not everyone executing on it.

    Pros

Leadership is very engaged and interested in what employees want/ need and the culture is incredible.

    Cons

Very inclusive decision making process, which may get in the way of speed, but quality isn't compromised, so it's not an impediment at this point!

    Pros

Great culture, working environment. Awesome mentors. Good benefits.

    Cons

Leadership not always aligned with employee needs. Strong business leaders often asked to lead/grow people, which is not their strength.

    Advice to Management

Figure out where leaders have strengths and empower them. Pay people what they are worth - or you will lose talent.
