Pros – People, hours, I was lucky to have one of the good bosses
Cons – Poor pay, raises were not much
Advice to Senior Management – The employee is your best asset in success
Pros – Co-workers were awesome! At one time, it was a fun place to work. Many spiffs and incentives to increase sales, profits, and paycheck.
Cons – Management got very full of themselves. Developed a "just do as I say" attitude. No support to help win business. Did away with anything that lifted morale and it just sunk.
Advice to Senior Management – Get back down to employee level once in a while.
Pros – It was steady work for a while
Cons – at the time i didn't have a car and it was to far out

Pros – best group of associates and customers to work with. So many caring, dedicated employees. Good in- services for products. At one time there were many incentives to succeed.
Cons – Did not deliver on year end bonus amounts. Shuffled around accounts with no regard for representative working the account. Gave upper management promotions to those with no experience to do that job. Showed incredible favoritism. Did not address concerns of representatives with regards to accounts. Standard answer was to find business elsewhere.
Advice to Senior Management – come together as a company like it used to be. Be on the same page and go in the same direction.
Pros – Great co-workers
Cons – Micromanagement
Out of touch middle managers
Terrible base salary
Constantly changing compensation plan
Too many metrics
Advice to Senior Management – The OH headquarter staff who set the metrics need to leave their corner office and sit on the sales floor in MA to actually see what's going on. Middle management needs to communicate with headquarters and push back in regards to unrealistic goals.
Pros – Offered Opportunity to set up a new sales division.
Cons – Some managment is very reactive versus proactive
