“Great technology, tough work environment”
I have been working at InvenSense full-time
Pros – Company is an innovator in its market space and has an excellent customer base.
Cons – If you have a family or social life, be prepared. There is no flexibility and fixed/long hours. Also, the culture is extremely hierarchical for such a small company. Turn over is very high.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more interested in the well being of employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
