You don't have to work overtime often.

Package less then any other.

it's very stable even unchangable when talking about the working status. people here are very nice and easy to get along. it will be a good choice when you consider a transitional employment while having work experience. it's fair to say the managment style is very free.
Cons
if salary is the first thing come to your mind, then just forget about it. Also, it's very unfair to say it's in the leading group of the hardware field. And the aura of company is extremly lacks of competetiveness.
Advice to Senior Management
it's need a whole new ultimately way to make a reform.
