    good location good facilities(gym, rec area, lunch room) decent people

    Cons

    salary really bad compared to market dead-end especially in technology

    None, obviously you know this and understand the nature of what you need which is probably why you know people like me write reviews like this.

    Working with a good group of liked minded colleagues

    Cons

    As time went on, much focus on US and global operations, become much less 'Trimark' focussed.

    Advice to Management

    When interviewing for talent outside company, do due diligence. Starting to lose credibility

    Pros

    Excellent benefits package for all employees at every level. Employee driven events create a sense of culture.

    Cons

    Some individuals in senior management roles have been a the company too long. Management should consider moving these managers around to other areas to encourage cross training and knowledge sharing.

    Pros

    - Supervisors really take interest in your personal development, - Excellent coaching - Great benefits - Salary in line with market, very generous bonus twice a year if you hit the metrics - Not very stressful, laid back job provided you do what they ask of you

    Cons

    - Dead end and, hard to move to other departments unless you are very extrovert and participate in corporate committees and network like hell with other department managers - Not a lot of room to grow in the department

    Should have an organized career development plan.
