Pros
interesting people to work with, good work life balance, fun and interesting people in most places that I have seen.
Cons
Compensatoin is relatively low, don't come here looking for a lot of money, may be better of looking at other companies
Advice to Senior Management
try to hire more diversified workforce, pay better compensation, take emplyees opinion into account more when making decisions that affect people.
