Pros
This is a place which gives good work life balance. This company has good flexibility at work and nice place to grow. ITG has good employer benefits program.
Cons
ITG pay is below average compared to market for the same experience. The company does not reward the hard work properly.
Advice to Senior Management
Some teams spend more money on traveling between office across the world than giving salaries, which is highly demotivating. This is a potential place to cut the costs and pay better money and retain the talent.
