* if you run or bike 3-4 times a week, this is the company for you.
* decent pay
Cons – * most employees are negative about the direction of the company
* company is not profitable
* not a career company

“Management hubris will be their end”
Current Employee – been working at InvestorForce
Pros – Good work/life balance
nice people to work with
as someonne else said..if you like to exercise, you will have a lot of friends there
Cons – Management doesnt listen to anyone other than themselves-think they have all the answers
Not profitable
do not understand the markets they are in
non-scalable technology/business
Advice to Senior Management – Sell the company and take the loss. Poor processes and lack of understanding of what the market needs does not bode well for this firm to be an ongoing concern
