ConsCost Savings measures always being implemented. CEO is looking to fill his pockets by taking constantly taking cost saving measures.

Used to be great but GL turned it into a "mgmt only matters" machine.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsScience was wonderful. If you worked on high profile stuff you had top notch equipment.

ConsIf you didn't work on high visibility products you more or less had to work with duct tape and string. Two or even one level above you, if they had a pocket full of fracks, wouldn't give you one.

Advice to Senior ManagementFire all of them and bring in someone who really wants to do life sciences and not fatten up a company for sale.

They buy companies and sell-out employees

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe stock. Good for everyone at the top.

ConsJust ask the employee turnover rate. Ask the number of women and minorities in senior executive roles and on the Board. Ask the percentage of employees over 50 years old. Ask what they really value as part of their culture. You won't have a formal number of vacation days at Director and above so that when you leave, they don't have to pay for any unused.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the little man at the top.
