Pros- TA work is usually easy and lightweight.
- Pay is the same as dining or other areas around campus, but the work is actually related to your field!
- Establish rapport with professors in your major.
- Work directly with students (sometimes teaching subjects)
- Usually you are able to work your own desired hours.

Cons- Pay is shy of minimum wage, but that is to be expected.
- Sometimes there is not enough work to do 10 hours in a week.
- There is the potential of having some students that require more dedication to teaching than others.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive TA's a raise if they decide to stick around for more than a semester. They know what they are doing.
