Many employees are out to move up in their roles, there is not much of a focus on the client and providing the front line employees tools to succeed

Customer Service/Service is really lacking, many many unhappy clientsAdvice to Senior Management
Breaking down the silo's didnt work. Clients were never there and Paper and Data Protection do not mix. Hire good people and pay them what they are worth, create a culture of folks who want to succeed by doing excellent work. If you do this people will hold themselves accountable for their efforts.
