Strong leadership, endless opportunity and work life balance!

Account Executive (Former Employee) Santa Ana, CA

ProsITC offers strong leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and the opportunity to customize the way in each you position yourself in the marketplace. In such a competitive industry, ITC succeeds with the close relationships between Recruiters and Account Executives to Senior Management. Although there is not extensive training, Reps are given the tools necessary to feel confident when meeting with customers and prospects. Compensation structure is setup to where you can make a lot of money if you are driven to put the hours in!

ConsITC could offer more structured training to Sales Reps to match what is provided to Recruiters. They are headed in that direction but if the right Reps are brought on board and have the hunter approach, they will succeed without it!

ProsGreat accounts, good employee benefits, good reputation, they pay commission on time.

ConsLow base pay for recruiters, fully run on matrix, all about the numbers, inexperienced Account Managers. Senior management want so grow the business but changes directions often.

Flipped...no clear direction but make money for the company

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Santa Ana, CA

ProsSome long tenure with staff, which is good. Senior staff (not management) knowledgeable in IT Staffing with long-term client relationships. Favorable reputation in the business place. Great opportunity for recent college grads to learn the business and start their career. New softball team and a trip to the Angels Game. President gave all employees an iPad at Christmas. President is a wonderful person but very hands-off and is not actually in the business at all. Lives out of state part time.

ConsNo clear direction with the company. Management doesn't stay with a decision or strategy for more than a month. Constant change in how to move the business forward, meaning what is good one month is then forgotten the next month. Managing Partner is very focused on image, opportunistic, and portrayed as not very truthful as stated by staff. Pay is low for recent grads with the expectation to pay them low and have them overworked, a good way to mold them to however the company sees fit. High turn-over with sales and recruitment for new hires.

Advice to Senior ManagementManaging Partner should try to be a servant leader and see what happens. Make a plan and stay with the plan. Perhaps share some of the company's great profits with employees (a nice perk for employee retention and employee engagement).

Strong Talent, Strong Clients, Strong Placements

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsI found the team at Irvine Technology Corporation to be polished, bright, caring and incredibly driven. The executive team is well networked and consistently reaches out to help anyone who asks for introductions even if it is not their own clients. Their reputation in the industry and positive word of mouth is how this company builds its business. They have seasoned recruiters and account executives and a team of less seasoned employees who seem to be the best of the best and will move quickly through the training programs. Great team building events, baseball games, corporate incentive trips to five star hotels, team softball, summer family parties, client golf events, boat parades. I have been extremely impressed with their team and would recommend them to any person looking for employment within the organization or as a contractor of ITC's.

ConsBecause the company is smaller that your fortune 500 staffing and solutions firms, everyone takes on multiple roles and wears many hats in the company. If you are looking for a process driven organization with a large list of corporate procedures and protocols to follow, this isn't the place for you. There entrepreneurial spirit will take suggestions to heart and constantly are trying to improve the workplace for their internal employees and external. Not a place for a person who wants / needs to be micromanaged or only wants to do one thing. This is also not a place for a person who is not skilled and doesn't want to be a large contributor to the overall success of the company and team.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep building your brand, it is successful.

    – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
