Pros
Locations in the tropical destinations, none of the upper management know what their doing so its easy to get what you need from the company
Cons
Company is ran by a couple of guys with more money than sense. Its basically two guys who made a lot of money in real estate in the 90s. One of them used to play on boats when he was little and decided that made him qualified enough to start a luxury yacht marina company.
Advice to Senior Management
Replace your senior leaders, their poor decisions ripple throughout the company effecting everyone who works there.
