Pros – The benefits are not bad, could be better.
Cons – People that have left were trying to improve themselves and received information/training on a need to know basis only. The same can be said for important information. Then if you don't know about the information you get at least chewed out by upper mangement. Pay raises are controlled by corporate people that work hard are lucky to get 1% if that. Just a giant slap in the face. If you are a golden child you don't have to worry about any issues with mangement just a long as you keep tattling, they will keep you around.
Advice to Senior Management – Complaints to upper management falls on deaf ears, ditto for HR. Does no good to speak up to any of them. Try truly listening not just yeah we understand, then just a litte pat on the head and go outside and play. AKA: we don't care just don't bother us with your trivial problems.
