Pros – Good company to get a start in the booming Energy Industry. People work hard but a re rewarded with competitive compensation and benefits.

Cons – Tight deadlines. Some travel required to the site. Need to know how to work with Europeans (The company is from Spain)

Advice to Senior Management – Be more involved with employees. Be more communicative and let your employees know what is expected of them. That will help create an even more positive environment
