    Pros

supportive staff, comfortable working hours, interesting job with a wide range of learning options, very good for the resume if you choose to move on to another job.

    Cons

"bad blood" between the management and the employees , the bank considers as the less efficient in the banking system in israel due to high salaries, among the rest. new management strategy to cut human resources specialy among the senior staff by offering early retirement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

change customers behavior in the branches. use the prime location of some branches to change the way of thinking customers have about spending time in the branch. be fair to the employees , remember that your salaries are high as well.
