I have been working at Isuzu Motors America full-time

I worked at Isuzu Motors America
Pros – Great benefits. Great people. Understanding management. Great place to learn and gain experience. Great variety of tools to learn and gain understanding of.
Cons – Hostile senior management. They don't say hello when you do and they will criticize every aspect of your work. Promotions are based on seniority. Pay is way below market value. There is absolutely no room for growth. It's a sinking ship.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop promoting based on seniority. If you're going to hire from the outside, at least hire competent people. No one likes to train their boss. Also, Mr. CEO, you can smile some more and at least say hi to the grunts doing the hard work.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros – Isuzu's small company culture feels like "family" to most associates and provides an opportunity for your work to be highly visible, but you'll still enjoy all the benefits of a major national corporation.
Cons – Salary may not be same compare to industry.
