    Pros

Experience. You are exposed to many different things and have to make responsible decisions. The responsibility of this job is definitely something to put on your resume.

    Cons

The work is very scarce. It is also very diverse. You probably wont know how to solve most of the problems right off the bat.

    Advice to Management

Create ways to make the work more stable in quantity. Not enough work in this field to be worth the pay.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

It's a really challenging place to work, but the people can usually make most projects worthwhile. Large breadth of experience.

    Cons

Long hours, demanding clients. Having to deal with clients who will sometimes see you as an employee of theirs, and other times as a blood sucking contractor can be nerve wracking.

    Advice to Management

Provide feedback to the consultants. As much as you can, standardized reviews every 6 - 12 months. One on one sessions once a month with a director or above could go a long way too.
