    Pros

A lot of employees have great competences and skills on telecommunications, networking, SW development, etc.
After many years of huge troubles, eventually some recent signs of recovery?

    Cons

The company - and especially the management - still suffers the consequences of having been for years a technology vendor owned by the incumbent operator (a captive customer determining all strategies). The general attitude is still that lobbies are the only thing that really matter, at the end of the day. Also, the company is too small and struggles to compete efficiently at international level.

    Advice to Management

Sad as it may be, the company should be acquired by a bigger player. Thois would help solving both the "cons" mentioned above.

    Pros

Good techical knowledge, cohoperative work is welcome, job is usually not so heavy and work-live balance is good.

    Cons

Huge structure no more necessary, old attitude, no investments on IT and on people. Also, a general bad managment feeling. Young people tend to run away quite fast so the company is made up mainly by 50+ people.

    Advice to Management

More information sharing and more investments on people (money and tech devices) are necessary to keep the company updated and not to sink.
