    Pros

Best years of my life. I learned so much there and it has really helped me in the future.

    Cons

The Park School of Communcations favors those who are part of ICTV for programs so if you want to get somewhere you have to be heavily involved

    Pros

Great staff that feels like family. Professors are all very pleasant and caring. Denise Vanderburgh (Administrative Assistant and my supervisor) genuinely cares about her employees well-being.

    Cons

Mostly general cleaning and physical labor tasks within the department. There are times where the work becomes a little boring and repetitive (cleaning off charcoal on the drawing tables).

    Advice to Management

Give more responsibilities to the art monitors so as to keep the work fresh and feeling new every day. Longer hours on the weekends would be a plus (instead of the 4 hours on sat/sun).
