A company with strong products that needs better organization.

    (Current Employee) Turin (Italy)

ProsIt's one of the leading companies in commercial vehicles business. It has a strong culture in making tough, reliable vehicles. Friendly approach of colleagues.

ConsThe organization has too many levels and the company has a poor culture of sharing information: no job descriptions are published on the company intranet, ad often is not easy to know who is responsible for what.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere are too many intermediate management levels, and the company needs to get a bigger focus on Human Resourcest. The leading style of the new management is too authoritative.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
