    Pros

Not a sweatshop. Good people from the owners on down. No cutthroat, backstabbing games going on like at other places. I look forward to coming to work every day. Plus, I can wear blue jeans!

    Cons

Meetings. Sometimes too many long meetings. But I guess it is better to err on the side of keeping everyone over-informed than it is to keep them out of the loop altogether.

    Cons

Not a single Con to speak of .....all good!

    Pros

Overall very good benefits. They're very involved in community outreach and volunteerism. Very nice office atmosphere, but mostly smoke and mirrors.

    Cons

Extremely long hours, Extreme Stress, Extremely Micro-Managed. While I was there I witnessed almost every week someone within the company losing their job. Go to call or send out an email...They're no longer with us. Always on pins and needles wondering who is next.

    Advice to Management

Less micro-management and let your employees do their job.

    Pros

They talk a good talk and are good at selling a vision to a potential client.

    Cons

Disorganized. One of their slogans, "People are our greatest asset", but they will quickly lay people off to satisfy a client. Severance pay is a joke.

    Advice to Management

Rather than throwing people into positions just to get them filled, you should actually take a few minutes to determine if they're really qualified for the job you're offering.

    Pros

I love the fast-paced, always changing environment that comes with working onsite with one of our clients.
I feel recognized and appreciated for the hard work that is put in.
The company is always growing, I feel my job is very secure.

    Cons

As others have said, finding a work life balance can be very challenging. It's not uncommon to put in 10-12 hours a day. Fortunately, that comes in waves for me.

    Pros

Ivie is a good company with strong family values and culture. It is a fast-paced, growing company with opportunities world wide.

    Cons

The work life balance is somewhat difficult to maintain in a fast-paced, growing company. However, if you thrive on this type of environment, then this can be a PRO.

    Pros

Company cares for the employees as people.

    Cons

Low pay, work load not always evenly distributed. Management has a hard time letting some people go that need to be let go because of family connections.

    Advice to Management

    Show appreciation more to associates.
