    Working for a company that develops a successful product. One has the opportunity of developing both technical and soft skills.

    Cons

    If working in the same project for a long period you won't have the chance of learning new technologies.
    Sometimes working in a geographically distributed environment can become challenging.

    Internal organizational tools are outdated. Most are based on Microsoft technologies that are VERY inefficient
